By accessing Plux AI, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility
To use Plux AI, you must be at least 18 years old. By using our services, you affirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement on behalf of your organization.
3. User Accounts
Registration: You may need to create an enterprise account to access certain features.
Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
Accuracy: Ensure that your account information is accurate and up-to-date.
4. License to Use
Plux AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our hardware and software infrastructure for your organizational purposes as specified. See the Enterprise License Agreement for detailed terms.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
Reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute our hardware, software, or proprietary frameworks without authorization.
Use the platform for unlawful, harmful, or discriminatory purposes.
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or otherwise interfere with the platform’s offline or online functionality.
6. Payment and Refunds
Payment: Payments for hardware units and software licenses must be made in full as per your enterprise contract before access is granted.
Refunds: Refunds may be issued at Plux AI's discretion and are subject to our enterprise refund policy.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on Plux AI, including hardware designs, software, the ISTAM framework, logos, and documentation, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not claim ownership of unmodified Plux AI materials.
8. Limitation of Liability
Plux AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Your use of the infrastructure is at your own risk.
9. Termination
Plux AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of Plux AI services.
10. Updates to Terms
Plux AI may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hyderabad, India, and San Francisco, California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
